E-CONSENT: CONSENT TO PROVIDING, SIGNING, SUBMITTING AND RECEIVING INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY
You’re legally entitled to provide your loan application, and receive any information related to your mortgage in paper form, but you can choose to receive documents electronically instead, if you provide your consent here. Here’s what you need to know about your electronic consent:
REQUESTING A PAPER COPY OR WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
Any information we give to you electronically can also be provided in paper form. If you want to request a paper copy of a document or withdraw your electronic consent, please contact your loan officer directly, or you can contact our office at 530-303-3643. You will not be charged to receive paper copies, nor for withdrawing your e-consent.
UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Please contact your loan officer with any changes in your email, phone number, address or other contact information. You can also contact our office at 530-303-3643.

· Printer Access (if you want to print hard copies)

· An operating system that supports all the above
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR E-CONSENT, IN THE CONSENT AGREEMENT BELOW
“You” means all interested parties who are primarily obligated on a mortgage loan including applicants who can rescind their rescind consent.
Your consent applies to all phases of the process from pre-approval or pre-qualification to application through to loan funding and closing.
CONSENT AGREEMENT
· You agree to sign documents electronically, as applicable.
· You agree that EZ Mortgages can use electronic records to provide or make information available to you.
· You agree that you are authorized to review and execute this agreement and agree to it for all interested parties.
· You agree that you are able to review, download, save and/or print legal disclosures for all interested parties.
· You agree that you have the hardware and software needed to access and retain this information electronically.
· You agree that anyone with access to your loan on our platform, and that of any lender to whom we submit your loan, will be able to view all loan information including personal nonpublic information relating to the personal and financial information about you and all interested parties.
· You agree that consenting to this agreement and submitting your application and supporting information does not constitute a commitment to lend, nor your commitment to borrow.
